Synthesis and characterization of zinc-doped gallophosphate molecular sieve

Abstract

In the present work, doping effect of zinc on synthesis of gallophosphate molecular sieve, which is generally called as cloverite, with an unique framework structure has been investigated by powder XRD, TG-DTA, SEM and EPMA. SEM has observed that the zinc doping highly promotes crystal growth of cloverite. Powder XRD and EPMA have suggested that the zinc elements are incorporated as a substitute for Ga in the framework.
