Lithium titanate (Li2TiO3) ceramics is among the most promising candidates for solid breeder materials of fusion reactors. So far, many thermal property data of Li2TiO3 have been reported. However, those data are different from researcher to researcher and not appropriate enough for the blanket design. In the present study, thermal properties of Li2TiO3 ceramics having different compositions (Li2O/TiO2=0.80~1.00) have been determined with the laser-flash method over the temperature range from 300 to 1100 K. The observed value of thermal diffusivity decreased with the increase of non-stoichiometry. It was found that the temperature dependence of the thermal diffusivity showed a break at around 700 K for all the samples, in accordance with the lattice parameters of the samples which also showed variation at about 700K.
