For the purpose of deNOx in the exhaust gas using electrochemical cell by thermoelectric power assist from west heat energy, we are carried out fabrication of thermal stable oxide thermoelectric elements and generator. Both electrical and thermal properties on n-type ZnO base thermoelectric oxide materials have been improved by both compositional and structural control method in polycrystalline materials. About 40 mW/cm2, electric power, was generated using Al-ZnO/CaCo349 thermoelectric oxide cell at dT=500 K in air. Furthermore, unification device of dNOx cell and thermoelectric oxide generator was fabricated on the 8Y-ZrO2 ceramics plates
