Abstract
The mechanical properties of sintered glass were important, when glass frit used at joining material of glass, metal, and ceramics, and parts of PDP. To investigate on the relation between sintering degree and the mechanical properties of sintered glass, low melting glass frit was used. The aim of the current study was to determine the changes that occur in the mechanical properties of sintered glass and to find the correlation between elastic modulus and strength of the sintered glass bodies. The experimental results showed a strong correlation between mechanical properties and sintering degree of glass frit.
