Abstract
The resonance-antiresonance method is popular for evaluating piezoelectricity. However, the piezoelectricity under high electric, high stress and high frequency fields is different from the value of the resonance-antiresonance method. So it is necessary to evaluate the behavior of piezoelectric material directly under those high fields. In this work, the direct and the converse piezoelectric effect measurement systems were established and the frequency dependence of these values in soft-PZT and hard-HZT were evaluated. The frequency dependence of direct piezoelectric d33 constant was compared from that of converse piezoelectricity under same fields. It was found that the frequency dependences of piezoelectricity were decrease, but that of converse value in hard-PZT kept the same value.
