Improvement of Spectral Sensitivities for Photosennsitive ZrO2 Gel Films

Abstract

In order to elucidate the relationship between the structures of chemical modification reagents and the absorption bands of photosensitive gel films, ZrO₂ gel films were prepared from zirconium butoxide with chemical modification reagents containing ester groups. It has been found that the absorption bands of the gel films are shifted to shorter wavelengths than that using acetylacetone containing two ketone groups.
