Abstract
Ca-Ce-codoped α-sialon ceramics were prepared using the powder mixture of Si3N4-AlN-CeO2-CaCO3 system by gas-pressure sintering at 2000°C for 2h. Co-doping of Ca ion is effective for stabilizing the Ce-α-sialon.
