Abstract
ZnO and CaO do hardly form solid solution. By pulsed laser deposition CaO dissolved into ZnO in a few percent in film on substrate. It is demonstrated with the change of lattice constant of ZnO measured by XRD. 266 nm, 5 ns laser pulses were irradiated on a ceramic target in 6 Pa in the chamber.
