Abstract
Effect of O2 concentration of ambient atmosphere on crystal growth of ZnO by electric current heating method was investigated. Zinc oxide crystals were fabricated under atmosphere containing O2 (20-100% in Ar). The form of grown crystals tended to be hexagonal hollow prism. The diameters of ZnO hexagonal hollow prisms increased with increasing O2 concentration. It was found that size of ZnO crystals depended on O2 concentration of atmosphere.
