Abstract
Dielectric property of BaTiO3-based ceramics was investigated under high DC bias field. The BaTiO3 based ceramics having shell composition in MLCC was examined by a measuring system with an I-V converter circuit and DC voltage source connected with a bias-tee. The dielectric permittivity at room temperature decreased with increasing DC filed. The temperature dependence of the permittivity indicated that the peak of permittivity depressed and the peak temperature increased with increasing DC field.
