Abstract
Self-assembly and patterning of nano/micro particles were realized by the novel solution processes in which several interactions between particles, substrates and solutions were effectively utilized. Colloidal crystals were site-selectively formed to have 2D patterns on substrates covered with patterned self-assembled monolayers with these methods.
