Manufacturing the artificial aggregate that used the technology that recycled various industrial wastes as a cement raw material, and made the contaminated soil a raw material and the usage were examined. It turned out to be able to manufacture a high-quality aggregate equal with natural production and the aggregate of high performance that gave lightweight properties from the result of the examination, and to apply to a wide usage to not only the civil engineering material but also environmental materials. It has been understood that the cement industry can contribute to the recycling society further.
