Preparation of all solid state lithium ion battery by spray pyrolysis method

Abstract

Thin film all-solid-state lithium batteries bring innovative application such as MEMS,sensors,actuators, and sheet devices in addition to improvements of safety,and reliability. Li₄Ti₅O₁₂ and LiCoO₂ have been considered as promising candidate of electrode active materials. In this research crystalline Li₄Ti₅O₁₂ and LiCoO₂ thin films have been prepared on solid state electrolyte sheet substitute by the spray pyrolysis method.
