Abstract
Performance of anode supported SOFCs using apatite-type lanthanum silicate films were studied in relation to the structure and fabrication conditions. The electrolyte films were deposited by an atmospheric DC plasma spraying method. Power generation performances were changed with thickness and dopants of the electrolyte films, plasma gases and input powers, thickness and compositions of the anode substrates.
