Patients' sera with different history of immunization were tested for leukocyte antibody titer by the latex agglutination.
Most of the normal persons were negative except for some cases giving weak agglutination up to titer 8. Patients who received blood transfusions showed higher agglutinating activities; the bone marrow transplanted group gave the highest anti-leukocyte titers.
