Abstract
A transplantable myeloproliferative disorder, L-8313, is found in the irradiated C3H/He male mouse. The chromosome analysis reveals that dominantly proliferating cells in the mouse with L-8313 are normal cells. The involvement of virus in the passage is denied by virus detection tests. It is suggested that L-8313 is a new myeloproliferative disorder where most of the increased cells are normal cells stimulated by the malignant T cells.
