Abstract
Recently in the field of plastic & reconstructive surgery, cases of emergency are increasing, because of the great advancement of microsurgery, the increased number of severe traffic accidents and burn. But, excluding a few exceptions which need real emergency care for life itself, most cases are those in which, if plastic surgeons are included in primary cares, cosmetic results would be better and socially acceptable life would be guaranteed for the patient. Also there are some other cases, for instance, giant hairy naevus and some other congenital anomalies of the face, in which emergent cosmetic cares are needed in order to give the family immediate relief from deep psychic shock.
