We reported a 47-year-old female, who had generalized tonic-clonic seizures only three times in her life.
Pain or fear of pain was recognized to be a trigger in this case. In EEG examination, small spikes were found in the left fronto-temporal area and the clinical course showed a feature of oligoepilepsy.
