Abstract
We encountered a 59-year-old man with primary aldosteronism demonstrating bilateral adrenal lesions. An undetermined mass located adjacent to the stomach was simultaneously detected in this patient. Therefore, we performed adrenalectomy and partial gastric resection. The gastric mass was histologically diagnosed as GIST (Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor). Resection of these lesions ameliorated the clinical course.
