Abstract
For Schlatter's disease which prepubescent people complain or the pain and ebulation of tuberositas tibiae, and shows the ablation phenomenon by radiographic appearnce, many treatment methods have been reported from old times. Broadly speaking, there are two remediest-the conservative therapy and operative therapy-and it takes many days to cure it (taking either case), and it often recidivates. We took this disease as being a kind of avulsion fracture seen in prepubescent people, reducing it, and adopting a fixing method by 22-A Steel Screws. The method was easy, and the clinical effect shown to be an early vanishing of the pain (the moving pain vanishes within 3 weeks, the local pressure pain within 6weeks) and on the Radiographic apperance, the diastasis in the tuberositas tibiae being closed largely. The regeneraticn phbenomanon by the local stimulant was promoted, and the intention was acted comparatively quickly. By these results, we can assure you that this method is sure and simple, its recidivation is rare, and the method is worth recommending.
