Observing the wave form of X-ray tube current, I have noticed that the phase (θs) where the wave current moved from space charged zone to saturated zone, changed the spectre of tube voltage and influenced the X-ray quality considerably.
And then, not only from the experiments but also in the theory, noticed that the changes of tube voltage influenced the mean value of tube current by change of the spnce charged zone and saturated zone, even though neglected the Schottky effect.
