In recent years, the medical field has been rapidly developed, supported by various medical devices. However, an increase in the cost of managing them is a problem. In this paper, we construct a medical device management network system using LPWA communication and reduce the human cost related to device management. Using this system, operation experiments and visualization of medical equipment location information and operation information were performed at a university hospital. As a result of operation experiments, it was confirmed that it was possible to identify the ward, floor and room where the medical equipment is located, and to estimate the approximate location in a large treatment room. In the future, operation experiments will be repeated to realize medical device management with reduced human costs in the operation of this system.
