Development and verification of the rental fee estimation system for apartments

Abstract

Rent estimation is an important theme in real estate leasing, and many rent estimation systems using machine learning have been developed and provided to real estate investors. However, these are difficult for borrowers to use, and the disparity in the information asymmetry of real estate distribution may have widened. In this research, we will examine how much we can contribute to property selection by developing a rental estimation system and providing it to users.
