Realization of effectiveness evaluation of Russian IT education that can support the development of advanced IT human resources in Japan

Abstract

Russia Federation is aggressively promoting “The transition to digital economy” and “State support for the IT industry”. The author visited the facility of IT professional education funded and operated by private companies, in addition to primary and secondary education and universities in each major city of Russia, because of support the Development of advanced IT human resources which is an important issue in IT industry. As a result, it was found that Russia has an "ecosystem for IT education" and that all advanced IT education can be taken for free. It is hoped that young IT human resources (in their 20s and 30s) in Japan find a way to get the shortage of advanced IT human resources by taking advanced and practical IT education at an early stage.
