Abstract

The purpose of our research is to study the disincentive factors for the feeling of agreement in the recruitment process by artificial intelligence. Currently, the demand for more impartial and equal evaluations in job interviews is increasing. Artificial intelligence in the recruitment process has been attracting attention for its impartial and equal evaluations. However, there are some issues in implementing artificial intelligence. For example, some people feel resistance towards being evaluated by artificial intelligence, and the interviewee may not be satisfied with the results. Based on these circumstances, we focused on clarifying the factors that prevent the feeling of agreement towards the results determined by artificial intelligence and how much it affects the feeling of agreement. The result of this research provides a beneficial proposal to the recruitment process by artificial intelligence.
