Abstract

Clinical knowledge is published in the form of cases at academic societies in their respective fields of specialization. In the clinical domain, there are many problem-solving cases as cases. However, the knowledge in the cases is not shared beyond the domain. Therefore, which part of the problem-solving method presented in the case is which. What was done by experts, what are the common parts, what are the more specialized parts, what is done and how it is done to solve the problem as a whole, and how much it contributes. It is not clear. So far, we have structured clinical cases using the method of goal-oriented knowledge structuring. It is possible to visualize the relevance of each piece of knowledge by structurally expressing the actions taken to solve the problem as knowledge in a purpose-oriented manner. This time, we report on the structuring related to the proposal of the problem-solving method of long-term care linked with the search system from the prediction result by AI.
