Currently, video sharing services such as YouTube are used by many people. In these services, keyword search is the mainstream. In the case of keyword search, it is difficult to find a video that matches the user's interest unless appropriate words are used. In this study, We propose a method to retrieve music videos with similar impressions by analyzing the comment data given by viewers to music videos on YouTube and the lyrics of the music. In the proposed method, comments and lyrics are converted into vectors by Word2Vec, and the music videos with similar impressions are retrieved based on clustering by Fuzzy c-means. According to the mean reciprocal rank (MRR) scores, it was clear that the output of the music videos had the same impression within the top 3 songs.
