Multi-Perspective Information Sharing Environment with Decentralized PDS for Supporting the Elderly

Abstract

This paper describes the multi-perspective information sharing environment for supporting the elderly. The conventional approaches have been centralized methods. We utilized the PLR (Personal Life Repository), which is a decentralized PDS system with low cost and high scalability. We discuss the perspectives of each person involved on the personal data of the elderly based on the multi-perspectivity of information.
