Abstract

Superorganisms, like ants or bees, behave collectively, making rational decisions for survival. This trait akin to Japanese corporate entities a decade ago. However, as work ethics evolve, it's crucial to reevaluate practices that sacrifice individual interests. This paper explores a new organizational system that preserves collective benefits without individual sacrifices. It emphasizes understanding between management and employees, enabling individuals to contribute to organizational goals in personally satisfactory ways, incorporating concepts like Teal organizations.
