Improvement of health maintenance support system using a conversation robot by adding chat functions

Abstract

We are developing a system that helps people improve their lifestyles by using an interactive robot and a web application that analyzes the content of the dialogue and suggests lifestyle habits. Using this system, we actually collected and analyzed lifestyle habits and evaluated the system, analyzing problems in the functionality and UI. Based on the results of this analysis, we aim to improve the system to make it more effective. This paper mainly describes the addition of a chat dialogue function and improvements to the analysis of user responses. The aim is to arouse the user's interest in the system through the use of chat dialogues, to encourage continuous use of the system, and to motivate the user to improve his or her lifestyle. In addition, we confirmed that the use of GPT-3.5 in the analysis of user responses improves the accuracy of the Yes/No judgment of user responses.
