Five species of Delia from Taiwan are dealt with. Of these one species, D. formosana, is described as new to science, and three others, D. longitheca SUWA, D. takizawai SUWA and D. echinata (SEGUY), are recorded as new to Taiwan. The new species belongs to the Delia elongata section of GRIFFITHS (1991).
