Abstract

PM in DX era is required self-reformation to win struggle for existent before Organization Development. When I was 63 years old, I as a beginner challenged my first full marathon; 42.195 km as project with most difficulty to aim for first completed running. I explain my practicing events to have been earned the PM mindsets and hints of self-reformation to win struggle for existent through the experiences by executing the PMI Talent Triangle to aim for the success of the challenging projects.
