We conducted training for students to generate new ideas through team activities, organize ideas using lean canvas, and present them as business plans. The features of this training are as follows. (1) Students can learn the way of thinking and working of the company under the guidance of active employees. (2) Students can experience the team activities expected in the company, and it is expected that the team activities will deepen their understanding of the training content. (3) Students can experience the flow of project management and the business work through exercises to produce ideas beyond the services available in the current market. (4) Students can learn the presentation skills required by companies. In this report, the person in charge of each training session reports on the way of thinking and awareness of this training from each viewpoint, and discusses the results of the questionnaire and future training plans.
