Abstract

Many of the members of the PMI Japan Chapter are project managers, and they are elderly people. In order for the Japan Chapter to grow in the future, it is necessary to join young people who will become project managers of the next generation. The Future Creation Working Group was launched to solve the problem of how to get young people to recognize the Japan Chapter. From 2021 to 2022, we tried to approach young people. We will introduce the measures implemented in 2022 from a marketing perspective. We also consider the future marketing direction of the Japan Chapter.
