Abstract
Recently, in order to allow the classroom to foster the qualities and abilities for children to lead the way in our future society, there is a need for established curriculum management that will better achieve educational objectives by using external human and material resources and enable interdisciplinary activities between each subject. In this regard, mobility management education has the potential to promote curriculum management by forming relationships with other schools and fostering citizenship by using transportation related materials that are familiar to students. In order to verify this, we conducted a process analysis of practical cases of mobility management education in which the authors consciously prioritized contributing to the educational curriculum. The results indicate that it is possible to encourage curriculum management by leveraging features and advantages such as providing innovative teaching materials and questions that will inspire thinking about mobility management education as an educational issue in schools, fostering proactive planning and involvement of transportation operators through activities like the observation of vehicles, and proceeding with an awareness of the efficacy of cooperation with shareholders. In doing so, we can realize the potential for mobility management education to be considered to be an important perspective and tool for schools in promoting curriculum management and curriculum quality improvement.
