Anatase TiO2 thin-film electrode was prepared on Li1+xAlxTi2-x(PO4)3-based (LTP) solid electrolyte bya sol-gel coating method. The prepared thin film was characterized with X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and it was confirmed that the thin film consisted of the single phase of anatase TiO2. The prepared thin film was very flat and crack-free. An electrochemical cell Li/Polymer-gel electrolyte/LTP/TiO2/Au was fabricated and the electrochemical properties of the TiO2/LTP were investigated. The Li+ ion insertion/extraction into/from the TiO2 took place reversibly through the solid-solid interface.
