Abstract
Railway network have been spread rapidly by popular request. In re cent years, many railway structures are coming to its rehabilitation stage. Tunnel Management System (TMS), which manages maintenance works effectively and economically, has been developed in accordance with basic philosophy of economic Life Cycle Cost (LCC).
In this study, algorisms of two sub-systems for Keikyu-TMS have been developed. One of the sub-systems is Inspection and Evaluation system for lining condition. The other one is Calculation system of LCC.
Keikyu-T MS made it possible to calculate LCC of each tunnel and each span and to support decision-making of tunnel management administrator
