Abstract
The evaluation of the bidding system in general is bid rate index, because the successful bid is only regarded as decrease of bid price. However, if the quality of the bidder can not be evaluated, misbehavior of bidders will repeat.
This research aims at evaluating of bidding results and monitoring bidders by statistical analysis of bidding information of the public works. The autor analysed about 45000 cases of bidding results data disclosured by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Shikoku regional development bureau and Tokushima-Prefecturein the fiscal year 2003.
