In this study, it is aimed to develop a new type method for obtaining project scheduling with minimum cost under restrictions such as project duration and recourses on the large-scale earth-work project. In this method optimal route on the cut-network is searched through the calculation of simultaneous execution-state among multiple activities included in the arbitrary independent-cut utilizing simulation model.
