Abstract
Recently, local needs for public works diversified and Interests become complicated. It is because traditional community declined. It is necessary to heighten an effect and to increase efficiency of dialogue type Public Involvement (PI) in detail, for example a citizen committee.
It is for goal to make the hypothesis between behavior of participants and dialogue type PI is proposed from the result. Minutes of the meeting are used as data for analysis.
