Abstract
The decrease in the disaster prevention function of coastal revetment against tsunami depends on the lack of seismic performance is pointed out. The present problem in the seismic performance design method of coast are improve the accuracy of the method of evaluating an seismic performance and seismic performance evaluation for receiving the earthquake movement with long continuance time. From on this study the following were clarified, when seismic performance is evaluated by the model test, it is important to note the boundary condition of permeability and the drain of the ground enough, and the continuance time of the earthquake movement gives large influence on seismic performanc.
