Abstract
We built an evaluation model for proper regional disposing system of animal waste, dairy cattle and beef cattle both of environmental impact and economical efficiency. This model is based on Regional-Environmental Database built on Geographical Information System (GIS), and can be took into account the combination of disposing facilities and the regional conditions using Mixed Integer Programing.
As a case study, we performed analysis under various scenarios for Yamada Town in Chiba Pref. and examined improvement proposals. Consequently, it was shown that regional measures with the improvement in both of economical efficiency and environmental impact are possible by optimizing composition of disposal facilities; a few intensive loadtion considered cost-minimization, and distributed localtion considered cost-minimization
