Abstract
With considering effects of adaptation measures, climate change impact on potential productivity of rice and wheat were estimated at global scale. Through the revision of an existing agricultural impact assessment model for elaborating effect of irrigation, level of input and crop varieties, more realistic assessment were enabled. Adaptation measures taken into account in the assessment were modifications of crop variety and cultivation period. Both measures can be implemented at individual farmer scale. The result of the assessment made it clear that both adaptation measures had a possibility to mitigate negative impact of climate change on crop potential productivity.
