Abstract: To implement the wave-induced liquefaction in the laboratory, the experiments that the sea-bed body is given the upward flow are tested. Although the experimental data differ in the various quantities of the upward flow and in the various wave-height, the interesting results are explained by the sea-bed-boundary-layer's theory of Mei and Foda. And discussed also the dynamical similarity of the wave-induced response between the laboratory and real-scale conditions.
