The evaluation of the pressure loss under various conditions gives one of the great influences for the design of the hydraulict ransportations ystemf or dredgingo n gravelb eds. The fieldm onitoringw as conductedt o get the pressurel oss of gas-liquid-solidth ree-phasef lowsf or the new design approachw ith respectt o the hydraulict ransportations ystem for dredgingo n gravel beds. This paper describest he estimationm ethod of pressurel oss on the basis of Ryu's model of the flow. The proposedp ressurel oss estimationm ethod in horizontalp ipe flow is well correspondingw ith the pressurel oss at actual operation with a diameter of 860mm.
