関西国際空港2期空港島造成工事における沈下・層厚管理について

抄録

The 2^ndphase construction work of KANSAI International Airport are being performed even farther offshore than in the 1^stphase where the water depth is approximately 19.5m and reclamation area is about 545ha. To reclaim land over such a vast area and complete the island airport in a short period of time, maximum use is being made of the experience accumulated during the 1^stphase construction. To prevent uneven settlement, many magnetictransmission type water pressure gauge and settlement plates have been installed to measure the amount of settlement during construction work and consideration of the predicted settlement during and after construction should be reflected in the design of the airport island. This report outlines management for settlement in the 2^ndphase construction work.
