Abstract

We have proposed the persona based scenario model as a receiver′s behavior model in the service modeling and discussed the specifications of scenario builder to be implemented in the service modeling tools. In this paper, we describe a process of scenario modeling from the setting of a persona to the extraction of RSP (Receiver State Parameter) with an example by using the scenario builder implemented based on the specifications, and verify the effectiveness of the scenario model.
