Study on Repeatable On-the-Machine Tool Forming Technology Using Rapid Baking

Abstract

Repeatable On-the-Machine Tool Forming Technology can provide wide variety of tooling strategy. In this study, we tried to establish repeating process for resin bonded grinding tools using rapid baking system. Forming and removing abrasive layer of grinding tools are done with same rapid baking system. The result of experiments shows us the possibility of the technology.
