Abstract
Riboswitch is one of discovered mRNA, which is included in junk DNA. The functions of Riboswitch are 1.) to detect a target chemical, and after detection 2.) to form proteins. The behavior looks like a kind of “switch”, so the mRNA is called Riboswitch. Cellular slime mold has 4 stages in their morphogenesis. Riboswitch mRNA are supposed as one factor of morphogenesis. In this research riboswitch mRNAare modeled and applied to the simulation of morphogenesis of cellular slime mold.
