Abstract
In scanning EDM with several mm radius electrode, there exists unstable discharge owing to secondary discharge on the side surface of the electrode. And the wear of the electrode corner causes declining the machining shape accuracy. In this study we investigate the effect of cut of depth on the shape machining by scanning EDM with copper electrode and tungsten copper electrode.
